CDECHS (Sectors E-16 & E-17) is a great society in terms of location and approach. It spans 1.5 KM, with entrance from GT Road towards Taxila, and is 2 KM from Tarnol Railroad Crossing (پھاٹک).
Initial development was completed by Habib Rafiq featuring wide open spaces, greenery, commercial, parks, a graveyard, roads (100 ft) and streets (40 ft). Society is already populated (160+ houses in E-17/3, counted on Google Maps) and equip with basic facilities like electricity, gas and water. Several schools are also operating in the society.
Development work is slow under current management but there is some progress going on in developing the commercial zones, repairing of main roads and shops, like I saw some medical stores, grocery shops and an IDC lab during my last visit.
I am selling this plot due to the extraordinary increase in construction costs. I cannot afford to build a house on this much covered area, so I have decided to move to a smaller option. Price is slightly negotiable. This plot is 3 to 4 feet below the street level, suitable for buyers who want a naturally lit, well-ventilated basement.
